This commitment is embodied in this “Quality Policy” based mainly on the following guidelines:

  • To establish, develop and maintain a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard, reflecting the needs and expectations of our customers and other interested parties.

  • Establishment of objectives, targets and quality programmes by providing the necessary resources.

  • To deliver products in the shortest possible time and at competitive prices, maintaining our good reputation for quality, very fast service and the best price.
  • Raise staff awareness of the importance of knowing the needs of customers in order to make improvements to achieve customer satisfaction.

Staff participation

  • We see quality as the task of all employees in the company and the key factor for competitiveness.
  • Encourage consultation, participation and active involvement of staff in the management and achievement of the objectives of the Management System.
